I have used these tampons for 10+ years and these does the job. I prefer the plastic kind better, as it is easier to insert, however these cardboard tampons are better for the environment, so I do recommend these tampons, as they keep the flow under control, and that's the No1 job for a tampon.

I HATE THE CARDBOARD APPLICATOR!!! I prefer Tampax pearl they are so much easier to insert. The cardboard hurts so bad. The only reason I have these, is my boyfriend picked them up for me. I used a few and sent him back to the store with instructions to only get tampons that say: regular,unscented and PLASTIC!
